Bacon and egg bakers

These little devils are a sure hit at the breakfast table. They're easy to prepare, and taste delicious. Make a few extra for an afternoon snack or lunch the next day, they're just as tasty cold. Step 1: pan fry bacon until half cooked. Step 2: Line the inside of muffin tin with bacon. Step 3: crack egg into bacon lined muffin tin. Step 4: sprinkle with your favourite shredded cheese and salt/pepperStep 5: Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is fully melted. You can vary the cooking time by a few minutes depending on if you like runny or hard eggs. I baked mine for about 15 minutes. Step 6: Serve with token breakfast items like toast, home fries, pancakes, etc. Step 7: Enjoy!

Now you can get creative with the egg, scramble them, toss in some veggies, whatever tickles your fancy.

I'm getting hungary just looking at these little bacon wrapped bundles of goodness.
