Just in case you thought i fell off the edge of the planet when it comes to writing on my blog, I haven't! I've been working hard on my photography business and even started a new project to spark a little creativity. For the longest time, I've been somewhat hesitant when it comes to posting directly on facebook, however i've overcome my fears and started a project 365 on my facebook page
facebook.com/dylanbuellphotography. What is project 365? Simply put it's one photo each day, of any category for an entire year. It's not something new, I've seen various people taking on a 365 project for the last couple of years. I actually started one a while back, but got caught up in other things and before it knew it was 365 days since I posted a photo! So, as a way to experiment with some photo concepts I've seen, and a few original ideas of my own I decided to start it up again and will be posting daily on my facebook page. So what's on the hirozion for DylanBuell photography? Well coming right up is the Canadian interuniversity sport (CIS) national hockey championship in my city of Fredericton NB. After months of speculation it has been confirmed that I will be part of the photography team capturing the event. This is coming after shooting university hockey over the last few months, and being relentless in my pursuit in being a photographer at this event. Key word, relentless! Never take no for an answer when it comes to chasing down your dreams. (cheese ball line of the day, but it's true :p)
Another thing I have decided to go back to is shooting more photo sessions like grad photos, families, infants, pets, etc. I got out of it for a little while and focused more on weddings, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I am happy to take on these jobs for you guys!!
